Simply select which tapas dishes you would like from any of the sections and you’ll get it as soon as it’s ready! We recommend five or six dishes per couple. Ideal for sharing!

Pakora
Crispy nuggets of spiced potatoes, onions and chillies shallow fried in chickpea flour batter.
Aloo Tikka
Mashed potato patty seasoned with onions, green chillies and coriander, then shallow fried.
Saag Panneer
Spinach with Indian Cheese.
Aubergine Pakora
Crispy nuggets of aubergines shallow fried in a chickpea flour batter.
Bhengan Aloo Mirch
Sliced aubergines rubbed with garam masala and spice seasoning then cooked with cubed potatoes, onions, chopped tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander.
Bhindi Bhaji
Fresh okra (ladyfingers) cooked with an abundance of fresh tomatoes and sliced onions seasoned and flavoured with cumin, garam masala and green chillies.
Mix Veg Bhaji
Selection of veg with onions, peppers and tomatoes.

Chicken cooked in a rich pepper sauce.
Korma
Mild dish cooked with almond and coconut with fresh cream.
Butter Chicken
Cooked in a buttery sauce with almonds.
Tikka Masala
Tender chicken breast marinated in yoghurt, cooked off in a tandoor then added to an authentic creamy sauce.
Tandoori Nilgiri
A south Indian twist marinated in a soft green mint and spice yoghurt marinade. Served with a fresh salad garnish and a rich tasty sauce.
Chapati Wrap
Chicken tikka, crunchy salad and pepper sauce.
Madras
Fresh chicken served in a very hot traditional sauce, derived from Southern India. Prepared with garlic, chilli and lemon juice.

Dhansac
Sweet & sour, slightly hot sauce thickened with steamed lentils and eastern spices.
Tandoori Chops
Beautiful cutlets of lamb marinated in kashmiri spices. Cooked with caramelised onions, tomatoes, fresh green chilli, garlic and ginger.
Tandoori Tikka
Marinated pieces of tender lamb from the tandoor.
Punjabi Masala
Lamb marinated in spices and served in a hot and spicy sauce.
Pasanda
Cream, almond and cashew nuts.

Kathe Mithe King Prawn
Sweet & savoury king prawns cooked in garlic butter and drenched in a mango and honey lemon sauce.
Tandoori King Prawn
Freshwater king prawns marinated in traditional spices and yoghurt, then cooked lightly in the tandoor. Served with a fresh salad garnish and a rich tasty sauce.
Mussels
Quality pasteurised mussels seasoned in a traditional Goan style with a sprinkling of garlic, turmeric and salt.
Fish Pakora
